Tom Colter didn’t come from politics. He came from service.

Tom Colter answered the call to defend our country as a United States Marine, serving in combat and learning firsthand what it means to fight for freedom, stand up for others, and put mission before self. That experience shaped his life and gave him the values he carries with him today: discipline, accountability, and love of country.

After returning home, Tom Colter built a life rooted in faith, family, and hard work. With three young children, Tom went back to school and earned his undergraduate and law degree. Tom served as a Florida State Prosecutor in St. Lucie before opening his own practice in 2004. As an attorney, he has dedicated his career to upholding the law and seeking justice. Tom values standing up for what’s right and protecting the rights of others. He believes the law should be fair, consistent, and grounded in the Constitution of the United States.

Tom Colter is a proud family man who understands that strong families are the foundation of strong communities. He believes parents – not the government – should guide their children’s upbringing, education, and values. His faith in God continues to guide his decisions and reminds him that leadership is about service, humility, and doing what is right.

Now, Tom Colter is running to serve Florida because he knows what’s at stake. He believes in protecting our freedoms, defending our Constitution, and preserving the values that make this country strong like faith, family, and personal responsibility.
